Mr. David Geistwite, LUTCF
Mr. Geistwite began in the insurance profession in 1989; serving
a 4-year tenure as an agent and sales manager with Prudential.
During the next 4 years of David's career he moved into employee
benefit consulting. He worked with a small business association
MEWA and as a district manager with Old Northwest Agents, a
Principal MGA.
Over the last 12 years David has authored continuing education
courses and presented CE and Pre-License seminars throughout
Pennsylvania. He has guided more than 10,000 professionals to
the successful completion of their continuing education and
pre-license requirements.
David's teaching style has always been very well received;
classes are straightforward and the real life examples are
extremely popular with every study group.
Mr. Geistwite completed the Life Underwriter Training Council
Fellowship designation in 1996; he frequently speaks on numerous
subjects affecting the insurance and financial industry. He
resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Mr. Thomas Watford
Thomas has vast experience serving in the field as a Risk Manager,
Claims and Insurance Manager, and Director for numerous professional
organizations. Mr. Watford will drive new marketing partnerships
for Express Education, opening new accounts, and building on
the excellent reputation he has built as an educator extraordinaire.
Express Education has built an impressive client base of
over 10,000 professionals in the industry. We have catered to
the entrepreneur, small to mid-sized firms, and those corporate
clients who want real solutions to their ongoing CE compliance
needs.
The experience Mr. Watford brings to the table will continue
to open doors and build the expansion plans of the Express
Education firm.
Mr. Watford most recently served with A.D. Banker and Company,
as an instructor of continuing education and pre-license coursework.
He holds a BA in Business Administration along with numerous
postgraduate studies.

Daryl Schafer
Daryl Schafer entered the investment and insurance field in 2000 as a Registered Representative and Broker for Culbertson Financial Services in State College, PA. His responsibilities include developing and servicing group accounts as well as financial, insurance, retirement, and investment planning for individuals. His specialties include developing more complex strategies for clients while utilizing technology to simplify the processes involved.
Mr. Schafer is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Agricultural Education. As such, he approaches the investment and insurance business with the mind of a strategist but the heart of a teacher. He enjoys sharing experiences in the field with students in class, promoting an interactive environment.
Daryl Schafer lives in Aaronsburg, PA with his wife Deborah and daughter Katherine. He is active in the community and serves as Chairman of the Board of Haines Township Supervisors and as a Director for the Centre County Association of Township Officials.

Pamela Foster
Pam has been in the insurance field since 1972 spending time as a training
specialist for Pennsylvania Blue Shield and Asset Recovery Manager for
Foremost Insurance. She recently retired from Nationwide Insurance after 22
years in the Commercial Underwriting field as an underwriter for large risks and a
Commercial Underwriting Manager. Her experience here included developing
and presenting training in all lines of Commercial coverage for underwriters and
agents, assisting agents in sales presentations for new clients and claims
representatives with coverage interpretation.
Pam also spent several years teaching pre-licensing and continuing education
classes throughout eastern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.
She graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College and received a Masters
degree from Shippensburg University. Pam has her CPCU designation and is a
licensed agent in the Property, Casualty, Accident and Health lines.
Pam’s expertise in the property/casualty insurance field, her ability to make
insurance language and concepts easily understood and her enthusiasm for
teaching make her classes fun and enjoyable to attend.
Pam and her husband, Al, live in Harrisburg, PA.

Robert W. Adams
Mr. Adams is an Insurance & Benefits Expert & Consultant and Special
Investigator. He holds the prestigious, stealthy, and consummate insider
professional designation, (ALHC), from International Claim Association in
Washington, D.C. In addition, he holds the Certified Fraud Specialist professional
designation and has also been designated in his career as an Associate Member
by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and specializes in the detection,
deterrence and prevention of fraud and white-collar crime in the areas of
insurance claims, employee benefits and corporate fraud in the insurance
marketplace.
Robert Adams has over 15 years of corporate experience in American Business.
During his tenure in Corporate America, he served as an expert Life insurance &
Accidental Death benefits claims administrator and critical incident troubleshooter
for a large number of companies and corporations in the United States and has
settled and administered thousands of Life Insurance and Accidental Death
Claims where death occurred nationally within all 50 states in America.
Mr. Adams is listed in the World Renowned A.M. Best Directory, of
recommended Insurance Experts. In addition to being one of the Insurance
Industry’s most elite professionals, he is considered to be one of the very best
Insurance Experts and Special Investigators in the world.

Patrice M. Gaul
We’re very happy to welcome Patrice M. Gaul to the Express Education family!
Patrice is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist and Identity Theft Risk
Advisor with Security & Compliance Advisors of Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Ms. Gaul
received her Certification from the Institute of Fraud Risk Management in January 2007.
Her primary focus is on assisting businesses with regulatory compliance and reducing
their exposure in handling customer and employee personal information. Patrice
provides Identity Theft risk assessments and solutions, including policy development,
employee training, identity theft protection and legal service benefit programs for
employees. Patrice is also a Professional in Human Resources, having received her PHR
from the Human Resources Certification Institute through the Society of Human
Resource Managers in May 1999. Ms. Gaul’s background includes 15 years providing
employee benefit and HR generalist functions for medium sized employers.

Shannon G. Duka-Geistwite
Ms. Shannon Duka began her career in the Mortgage banking
industry. She functioned in the role of Mortgage Broker for
8 years with PNC Bank, Fleet Bank, and Signet/AccuBanc.
She has extensive expertise in marketing and customer service.
Her enthusiasm and get the job done attitude generates strong
brand loyalty among Express Education customers.

Michelle Carroll
Executive Marketing Specialist/Administration
Michelle began her career as a quality control analyst at
Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency where she
provided details for processing federally funded student
loans.
She then moved into a role where online business was her
forte conducting billing, customer service and account resolution.
Her recent assignment before aligning with Express Education
was working for a non profit where she assisted in processing
disability claims, wrote corporate communications, handled
event planning activities, and compiled data for budgetary
items.
Michelle states “I'm very excited about the
opportunities to assist Express Education expand their services
and clientele”. We know you'll find Michelle
