This course will bring the confusion of college funding into focus. It is designed to address a multitude of financing options for today’s college bound student. Incorporating governmental programs such as Pell Grants, Stafford or Perkins loans, 529 programs, Educational IRA’s, Hope Scholarships, and Lifetime learning credits. We’ll discuss the costs of financing a college education, the Expected Family contribution and FAFSA requirements, and where the professional agent fits into this process.
