Retirement for Baby Boomers & X/Y Gen

This course details the critical need for retirement planning now. We will look at the future retiree market and what considerations must be made. Retirement planning will be discussed using an employer-based model, such as defined contribution 401K and 403B, as well as defined benefit models. We will review the individual options such as IRA’s and non-qualified models. Tax treatment of income active, portfolio, and passive will be covered along with Social Security. Lastly, we will bread down some options for those late savers who are trying to play catch-up.
