Section 125: Cafeteria Plans

Throughout this course, we will discuss the history and advantages of Section 125-Cafeteria Plans. Other topics such as ERISA requirements, Dependent Daycare benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), privacy rules under HIPAA, and COBRA Healthcare Spending Accounts will be reviewed. We will also cover voluntary benefit plans and their respective programs including long, and short-term disability, AD&D, long term care (LTC), dental, vision, and critical illness coverage.
