Insurance Contract & Claim Investigation

This course covers the fundamentals of the insurance contract detailing who’s insured, what’s covered, liability, limitations and exclusions and coverage certificates. We will then delve into claim investigations, key laws and regulations. You will learn specific steps to follow when investigating auto liability, workers compensations, fire, and “fall-down” claims. Relevant case studies show how to use the data from a loss report in the investigation procedure.
