Personal Liability

This course describes the many policy provisions of a typical personal umbrella policy. It includes the basics of tort liability and how the umbrella works with the underlying auto and general liability policies to provide broad coverage for almost any situation subject to the limits and exclusions found in the policy. The course includes policy definitions, describes case summaries for illustration purposes, and outlines the different insureds under the policy. This course includes the qualifications necessary for a 2 credit continuing education class under Pennsylvania guidelines.
