General Liability

This course is designed to meet the continuing education requirements for a 4 credit course under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania state requirements. It describes all aspects of commercial general liability including insuring agreements, coverages, exclusions, definitions and endorsements available under the program. It includes who is insured, limits of liability and how they apply and occurrence versus claims-made policies.
