Ethics

This course will provide you with a comprehensive outline of detailed examples of core values, market conduct, codes, characteristics and components of the Ethical System. Types of industry relationships and what they represent as well as challenge will also be defined in this course. The objectives and regulations, including the “Unfair Trade Practices Act”, of the NAIC will be covered. This course is intended to provide an in-depth look and understanding of the legal aspects, procedural requirements, sales material maintenance and potential conflicts of interests that Agents are faced with today.

This course fulfills the Ethics requirement for resident producers and resident/non-resident title agents under Act 142 of 2024.
