Workers Compensation

The purpose of this course is to give the student a thorough understanding of all facets of Workers Compensation insurance, including a brief history of the coverage, an explanation of the current workers compensation system, a step-by-step summary of the most common policy in use (NCCI version), sample premium calculations, insured and insurer duties following a loss, and current workers compensation issues. This course is designed to meet all criteria established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Continuing Education requirements for 4 credits.
